- Both properties share the building's private lift. Each property has its own front door and living space. You cross paths in the shared corridor when you choose — or not at all.
- Yes. The Rooftop's 65 m² living room has a table for 8–10, a connected screen and high-speed fibre. Perfect for half-day team meetings. For conferences over 13 people, we can recommend partner venues in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
- CHF 1,500 deposit via secure Stripe card imprint, pre-authorised 48 hours before arrival. One single deposit for both properties. Cancelled within 7 days after departure if all goes well.
- The bundle requires a minimum of 3 nights. Below that, the Rooftop and the Apartment can be booked separately without the bundle. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
- Flexible cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: full refund. Between 60 and 30 days: 50%. Less than 30 days: deposit non-refundable. For major events, we recommend cancellation insurance.
